Mr. EveryKnows is a movie knowledge, trivia, and strategy game platform developed and operated by Joupe, Inc.

This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, storage, disclosure, retention, and deletion of information associated with the Mr. EveryKnows mobile application and the MrEveryKnows.com website (collectively, the “Service”).

Mr. EveryKnows is designed to minimize data collection. We do not collect or use:

• ·Server-side player accounts — there is no login, registration, password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google
• ·Advertising identifiers — no IDFA, GAID, or equivalent advertising identifiers
• ·Hardware identifiers
• ·Your location
• ·Your contacts, microphone, camera, or photo library
• ·Push notification tokens
• ·Cross-app or cross-site tracking data

We do not sell your information to third parties. No third-party advertising or analytics service is currently active in Mr. EveryKnows. Production analytics transmission is disabled.

Mr. EveryKnows stores the following information locally on your device to support gameplay and personalization:

• ·Your chosen screen name
• ·Your selected avatar
• ·Movie genre and era preferences
• ·Gameplay history and personal bests
• ·Career points, XP, and achievements
• ·App settings and onboarding state

This information is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to Joupe, Inc. servers as part of normal single-player use.

Data stored locally by Mr. EveryKnows is generally removed when you uninstall the app, subject to device and platform backup and restoration functionality (for example, if you restore your device from a backup, locally stored app data may be restored as part of that process).

The Mr. EveryKnows app generates an anonymous device identifier (UUID) when first launched. This identifier:

• ·Is not an advertising identifier — it is not an IDFA, GAID, or equivalent
• ·Is not linked to your Apple ID, Google account, or any personal identifier
• ·Is not a hardware identifier
• ·Is used primarily to support Casting Director multiplayer sessions (see Section 5)

You can request deletion of server-side records associated with your device’s anonymous identifier. See Section 8 for details.

Casting Director multiplayer is powered by the Mr. EveryKnows backend operated by Joupe, Inc. When you participate in multiplayer sessions, the following information may be transmitted to and stored on our servers:

• ·Your anonymous device UUID
• ·Your player-selected screen name
• ·Multiplayer session information
• ·Gameplay scores and results
• ·Gameplay event data associated with the session

This information is retained on our servers unless a valid deletion request is submitted and processed. A player’s multiplayer records can be located using the anonymous device UUID and deleted without affecting other players’ information.

Mr. EveryKnows uses The Movie Database (TMDB) and the TMDB API to provide movie and cast information within the app. Use of TMDB data is governed by TMDB’s terms of use.

Mr. EveryKnows is not endorsed, certified, sponsored, or otherwise approved by TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

The MrEveryKnows.com website is a static marketing site. It does not collect personal information through general site browsing. No analytics or tracking scripts are active on this website.

The Data Deletion / Privacy Request page (/legal/data-deletion) allows players to submit deletion requests via email. Information you provide in a deletion request is used solely to locate and process that request.

Locally stored data: Retained on your device until you uninstall the app (subject to device backup behavior as described in Section 3).

Multiplayer backend data: Retained on Joupe, Inc. servers until a valid deletion request is received and processed.

You may request deletion of server-side multiplayer data at any time by submitting a Data Deletion / Privacy Request at MrEveryKnows.com/legal/data-deletion.

Locally stored app data can be removed by uninstalling the app from your device.

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.

Mr. EveryKnows is not directed to children under 13 years of age. By using the app, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information through the Service, please contact us at support@MrEveryKnows.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about our information practices.
