DATA DELETION & PRIVACY REQUESTS

Most Mr. EveryKnows player information is stored locally on your device. This includes your screen name, avatar, preferences, gameplay history, and achievements. This data is not held on Joupe, Inc. servers as part of normal single-player use.

Data stored locally by Mr. EveryKnows is generally removed when you uninstall the app, subject to device and platform backup and restoration functionality.

If you have used Casting Director multiplayer, some information may also be stored on Mr. EveryKnows servers. This includes your anonymous device ID, your player-selected screen name, and session and gameplay data. This server-side information is retained unless a deletion request is submitted.

Local device data: Uninstall the Mr. EveryKnows app. This removes locally stored application data from your device.

Multiplayer server-side data: Use the form below to submit a deletion request. We will locate your records using your anonymous device ID and delete eligible information from our systems.

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will send a confirmation to the email address you provide.
